SUNSAL uses an internal hinge-and-latch system built into the side walls. To open it, slide the thumb tabs outward until you feel a gentle click. Once locked, it becomes a stable, supportive collapsible yoga block designed for real practice, movement, and travel.

SUNSAL is made with a sturdy plastic blend, chosen for its strength, clean finish, and ability to hold its shape through repeated use. Unlike a traditional foam or cork yoga block, SUNSAL has a firm, structured feel designed for stability and portability.

The handle and internal rods/screws are made with stainless steel to support the collapsible mechanism.

Collapsed, SUNSAL is slim enough to slide easily into a tote, carry-on, or backpack, making it a convenient yoga block for travel and daily movement.

For regular cleaning, wipe SUNSAL with a soft cloth using mild soap and water. For a quick refresh, you can use a 70% isopropyl alcohol spray. Let the block air-dry fully before collapsing it. Avoid soaking, abrasive pads, or harsh cleaners to keep your travel yoga block in great condition.

SUNSAL is currently available in London Navy and Coral Red. We produce in small batches, so certain colors may sell out and return later. Each colorway is designed to feel elevated, timeless, and easy to bring with you wherever your practice takes you.

SUNSAL is a small business of one — just me, Anthony. I designed these blocks to become a meaningful part of your practice. If something happens within the first year due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out at support@sunsal.co and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Because SUNSAL is a one-person business, every order is packed and fulfilled with care. Most orders should arrive within 14 days of being placed, and often sooner depending on fulfillment volume. I work hard to get each portable travel yoga block out as quickly and thoughtfully as possible.

If you don’t love your SUNSAL, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is in good condition. At this stage, return shipping is not covered. For exchanges, we’ll cover shipping on the replacement item back to you.

SUNSAL is designed for both beginners and experienced yogis. Beginners can use it for support and alignment, while more advanced practitioners love the portability, convenience, and flexibility of practicing with a collapsible yoga block they can take anywhere. One block is a great place to start, and a pair can offer more symmetrical support in certain poses.
